Are there discounts for early registration?

Yes. Early-bird rates are available for a limited time and offer reduced pricing on stand packages. Discounts are applied automatically while early registration is open.

When will I receive my invoice?

Deposit: Upon booking confirmation and stand allocation, you'll receive your invoice for 20% of the stand cost via the exhibitor portal. Balance: Balance invoices are issued 1st May 2027 with payment due 1st June 2027.

How many exhibitor badges do I receive?

Each exhibitor package includes complimentary team badges and lanyards for your staff. Badges are ordered through the online exhibitor portal. x 2 vehicle pass also included for the Exhibitor Car Parks.

Where can exhibitors park?

x 2 complimentary vehicle passes are included with your exhibitor package for convenient dedicated on-site exhibitor parking next to the exhibition halls. These can be ordered through your online exhibitor portal ahead of the event.

When can I order exhibitor services like furniture, AV equipment, or additional materials?

All exhibitor services, additional equipment, and materials can be ordered directly through your online exhibitor portal. Ordering deadlines are clearly listed within the portal to ensure timely delivery.

How do I access the exhibitor portal?

You'll receive login credentials for the online exhibitor portal once your stand is paid in full. This is your one-stop shop for managing all aspects of your exhibition including ordering vehicle passes, team badges, lanyards, stand services, and accessing all necessary forms and documentation.

Is WiFi included or available for purchase?

Basic Exhibitor WiFi is included in stand packages, suitable for laptop, mobile, tablets and PDQ machines. If you need dedicated high-bandwidth for demos or live streaming, please request a hard-wired installation via Stand Services.

Are there storage options for extra materials?

Yes, we can allocate storage space for exhibitors with large stands. This is ideal for keeping extra stock, promotional materials, or personal items secure during show hours. Please contact our exhibitor services team through the portal to discuss your storage requirements and availability.

Will my stand be secure overnight?

Yes. The venue is secured throughout build-up, show days, and overnight, with professional security on-site.

Will my company be listed in the event program nad online?

Yes! Once you access the exhibitor portal you can create a detailed company profile. This profile will be featured in the official event program and website, helping attendees find and connect with you before and during the show.

What promotional opportunities are available to exhibitors?

We offer several ways to increase your visibility and engagement all options can be found on the stand application form.
