Duration: 40 minutes A live conversation stage where top anglers, brands, and innovators share insight, experience, and opinion. Sessions focus on tactics, kit choices, and real on-the-bank decision making. This is your opportunity to lead product storytelling in a format that builds authority, trust, and credibility with a highly engaged audience. Ideal for launches, discussions, and brand positioning.

Duration: 45 minutes Hands-on workshop sessions where visitors actively learn rigs, knots, and techniques from experienced anglers - using your products. This structured environment allows you to demonstrate correct application, highlight common mistakes, and clearly show the performance difference of premium components. A powerful way to educate, influence, and convert.

Duration: 30 minutes A relaxed, informal space where ambassadors, influencers, and brand personalities connect directly with visitors. Meeting the person behind the brand builds trust and familiarity, making visitors far more receptive to your products, recommendations, and demonstrations when they visit your stand. Ideal for driving footfall and strengthening brand loyalty.

Submission of this form constitutes an application for exhibition space. A legally binding agreement is formed once stand space is allocated and confirmed by the Organisers, in accordance with the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions. The Organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any application at their discretion.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your stand, at which point your booking will be confirmed.

From 1st June 2027, you’ll gain access to the Exhibitor Portal, where you can:

 

  • Complete your exhibitor profile
  • Upload risk assessments and required documents
  • Order extras (power, furniture, etc.)
  • Manage your show presence
  • Order staff badges, landyards and vehicle passes
