The Golden Ticket Prize Grab is operated by Elevate Exhibitions Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
Golden Tickets are available to purchase at HOOKED! National 2027, held on 18–19 September 2027 at Stafford County Showground.
Tickets are purchased at the event. One ticket per person, per day.
A maximum of 250 tickets will be available each day. Once sold out, no further tickets will be issued that day.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
To play, scratch the gold panel on your ticket. If a stand number is revealed, you are a winner. Proceed to the corresponding exhibitor stand and present your ticket to claim your prize.
Non-winning tickets will reveal a “Better luck next time” message or similar.
Prizes must be claimed in person on the same day of purchase by the ticket holder. Prizes cannot be claimed by a third party.
Prizes must be claimed before the show closes on the day of purchase (5:00pm). Unclaimed prizes after this time are forfeit.
Prizes are as stated by the participating exhibitor and are subject to availability. No cash alternatives will be offered unless stated by the exhibitor.
HOOKED! National and Elevate Exhibitions Ltd are not responsible for the quality, suitability, or condition of prizes provided by exhibitors. Any issues with a prize should be directed to the exhibitor concerned.
Tickets that are damaged, defaced, tampered with, or illegible will be void.
The decision of HOOKED! National organisers is final in all matters relating to the Golden Ticket Prize Grab. No correspondence will be entered into.
Participants must be aged 16 or over to purchase a ticket.
By purchasing a Golden Ticket, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Elevate Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
