What to expect

Coarse and match have dedicated space in the Main Hall, sitting alongside carp, fly, and the other disciplines as part of one all-sport event.

Pick up the poles, handle the top kits, feel the action of a feeder rod, work through float patterns and elastics, and ask the technical questions that matter – straight from the people who design and build the gear. The retail perimeter is where you stock up: bait, terminal tackle, hooks, line, and show-only prices on the kit that gets used week in, week out.

 

The Angling Skills Arena will run workshops on float, feeder, and pole techniques – the kind of hands-on learning that coarse and match anglers actually care about. Rig demos, bait application, terminal tackle done properly, all led by anglers who know what they’re doing.

 

Reel Talk LIVE will feature sessions dedicated to coarse and match, with top anglers breaking down their methods and kit choices in a format that goes deeper than a YouTube thumbnail.
