FREE Parking
Plenty of free on-site parking for all ticket holders. No stress, no charges - just turn up and get in.
Accessibility
The venue is fully accessible with step-free entry, accessible toilets, and dedicated viewing areas. If you have specific requirements, get in touch ahead of the event and we'll make sure you're looked after.
First Aid
Trained first aid teams on site throughout the festival. Clearly signposted and easy to find if you need them.

Clean, well-maintained facilities across the venue.
Cashless Payments
Most exhibitors accept card and contactless payments. Please note: no ATMs are available on site if you prefer cash.
Wi-Fi
Free Visitor Wi-Fi available across the venue. Connect, share, and post your haul as you go.
Shop 'n' Drop
Bought more than you can carry? Drop your gear at Shop 'n' Drop and grab it on your way out. Shop, drop, keep going.
The Bingley Arms
A proper pub at the heart of the show. Pull up a stool.
FOOD COURT
Street food and hot grills, served outdoors. Sit, eat, carry on.

Lost Property
Misplaced something during the day? Head to the Organisers' Office where all lost property is logged and held. Check in before you leave or get in touch after the event and we'll do our best to reunite you with your gear.
