Marchant 773 Angling

Marchant 773 Angling is a family run
junior ,youth and adult match fishing club
founded by Guy Marchant,
a club built on a single, beautifully simple aim ,to inspire a love for fishing while building confidence, bringing fun, and creating an environment where anglers enjoy themselves, develop watercraft and memories on the bank with us.

The club is run by licensed Angling Trust Level 2 coaches, with full DBS checks, safeguarding training, and first aid qualifications across the team. Sessions are fully insured and backed by the Angling Trust.

Marchant 773 instead runs structured leagues with medals and prizes at the end giving anglers the buzz of competition .

Recent venues include Tunnel Barn Farm , meadowland fishery , meadowlands , Holly farm fishery , w.d.n.a.c Ringstead, Packington somers , Janson Fishery, Blyth waters , makins , Desborough and rothwell angling club .

Beyond the formal coaching and match calendar, Marchant 773 Angling has built a genuine community across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and youtube (marchant773anglingfamily), sharing bankside content, and family fishing moments that show what the sport can really mean .

We are a warm and welcoming club, and a real pathway to develop no matter the age .
